The product is "cowhide trimmings" made up of salted skins. Composed of 100% bovine by-products, free of other materials and insects. The product does not contain substances harmful to human health. It contains 30% salt for preservation.

Mainly used in the food industry for production of gelatin.

-In palletized bales.
