O. Sönne & Sons S.A.P.E.I. S.R.L. is an Argentine family owned business dedicated to the production, marketing and distribution of processed bovine by-products, both locally and internationally.
The experience of the Sönne family, pioneers in the cattle by-products industry in the country, dates back to 1920, when Mr. Oscar Sönne arrived in Argentina from Sweden, his native country, and founded his first company.
Since then, united by the desire that the founder's work remain in time, the successive generations of the Sönne family have given continuity to the company, taking control and facing different challenges throughout its history, to be today standing with its third generation at the service of the client.

Our offices are located in the Federal Capital and the Industrial Plant in the district of Quilmes, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The total property size is about 3 acres, with approximately 10,000 square meters of factory space, which serves as:
• A fresh bone cooking plant with a capacity to process 150 tons per day to obtain expeller and beef tallow.
• An adjoining milling plant to obtain bone meal.
• Tallow storage tanks and silos for storage of meat and bone meal.
• Finish product warehouse
• A crushing and grinding plant for bones, hooves and horns.
• A warehouse enabled for leather storage.
• Laboratory.
• Offices

We have our own truck fleet to offer the delivery service of our products directly to the customer.

The company has a low turnover and long seniority of the staff because it works in a pleasant and familiar environment, through remuneration and incentive policies. This causes greater productivity and efficiency in the final product and customer service.

We are certified by SENASA (National Animal Health Service), a government entity that is responsible for monitoring compliance with the country's health standards.
